# Connect an AI assistant (MCP)

## Sign-in

The decodx MCP server uses OAuth. You sign in to decodx and select a workspace. The assistant gets only the access that you approve.

## Claude

1. **Open connectors.** In Claude, open Settings. Click Connectors.
2. **Add decodx.** Click Add custom connector. Paste the server address.
3. **Sign in.** Sign in to decodx. Select a workspace.
   _Result: Claude shows the decodx tools._
