Posts, pictures and carousels

Short answer

Each decodx post has text and one visual: no visual, a picture, a carousel or a video. Select the visual. Then use Change the words to change the text in a chat.

  1. Open the draft. Open the draft from the Queue.
  2. Select a visual. Select Text, Picture, Carousel or Video.
  3. Open the chat. Click Change the words.
  4. Type the change. Type what to change. For example: "Make it shorter. Start with the question." Result: The agent writes a new version.

A carousel card shows the short idea. The carousel slides show the details.
