# Post and mark posted

> Post approved drafts yourself, then tell decodx where they are.

decodx does not post to LinkedIn, X or Reddit for you. You post each approved draft. Then you click Mark posted and paste the link, so decodx can measure the post. decodx uploads a video to YouTube when you click Publish to YouTube.

## Post to LinkedIn, X or Reddit

1. **Open Social.** Click Social in the sidebar.
2. **Copy the draft.** Open an approved draft. Copy the text and the visual.
3. **Post it.** Post it on the platform.
4. **Mark it posted.** In decodx, click Mark posted.
5. **Paste the link.** Paste the link to the live post.

## Publish to YouTube

1. **Open the video.** Open the video in the Library.
2. **Start.** Click Publish to YouTube.
3. **Check the details.** Check the title, the description and the channel.
4. **Publish.** Click Publish.
   _Result: decodx uploads the video._
