Fix a problem

Short answer

Find the problem in the table. Do the fix. If the problem continues, open the Support page in the decodx app.

Problem	Cause	Fix
The Queue is empty	No goal is active.	Open Goals. Add a goal.
The Queue gets no new drafts	The Queue is full for that platform and voice.	Approve or skip the old drafts.
Drafts use wrong facts	The Brand Kit is not correct.	Correct the Brand Kit. Add a guardrail.
The X, Reddit or YouTube agent is missing	Your plan includes only the LinkedIn agent.	Change to the Creator plan or a higher plan.
decodx does not measure a post	The post is not marked posted.	Click Mark posted. Paste the link.
One engine has no results	The engine did not answer.	Run the check again later. The other engines still count.
A video does not start	The render needs an approval.	Open the approval link. Approve the render.
A B-roll clip was skipped	The clip covered text, numbers or a recording.	Open the video. Read the reason on the clip.
