Short answer

decodx creates a finished video with narration, captions and chapters from an idea, a prompt or a recording. Each render uses AI minutes.

1. Open Create. Click Create in the sidebar.
2. Select Video. Click Video.
3. Describe the video. Type what the video is about, or select an idea.
4. Check the scenes. decodx shows each scene. Change the scenes that you do not want.
5. Render. Click Render.
6. Get the approval. If decodx shows an approval link, send it to the approver. Result: The video renders after the approval.

B-roll clips are in the Creator, Team and Enterprise plans. As of 2 Nov 2026: 60 seconds each month on Creator, 300 on Team and 1,500 on Enterprise.
